Group Transportation Services Available
There isn't one bus that's right for every trip. A group of 12 people heading out for a birthday probably doesn't need the same vehicle as 45 people flying into town with suitcases. A wedding shuttle doing a five-mile loop between a hotel and venue is completely different from a charter bus taking a school group six hours away. And if you're planning a bachelor party, you probably care about a completely different set of amenities than somebody booking an employee shuttle. That's why you have options.
You can compare different bus sizes, interiors, amenities, packages, and prices based on what YOU are actually planning. Need something fun? Look at party buses. Need something smaller and more businesslike? A Sprinter van may be perfect. Need to move 25 people around town? Look at minibuses. Have 50 passengers plus luggage going out of town? That's when a full-size charter bus starts making a lot more sense. Here are some of the most common types of group transportation you can book.
Airport Shuttle & Transportation
Flying with a group? This is one of the easiest places for transportation to become a pain. You land, everybody grabs luggage, half the group is standing at one door, somebody else walked to another terminal, and now you're trying to order four or five different rideshares to the same hotel. Why? With an airport shuttle, everyone can travel together from the airport to your hotel, convention center, cruise terminal, resort, office, wedding venue, or wherever you're going next.
For a smaller group, a Sprinter van can give you comfortable seating plus space for bags. Larger groups can move up to a minibus or full-size charter bus, especially when everybody is traveling with luggage. You can also arrange a LOT more than one airport pickup. Have guests arriving on different flights? Need airport-to-hotel transportation all afternoon? Picking everyone up again three days later? All of that can be built into your trip.
Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
If there was EVER a trip where you don't want everybody driving separately, it's a bachelor or bachelorette party. Get your whole group on one party bus and keep everybody together for dinner, bars, clubs, breweries, casinos, concerts, nightlife districts, or whatever else you've planned. You don't have to split everybody into multiple rideshares and then spend half the night texting "where are you guys?" And THIS is where the actual bus matters. You'll have awesome party bus amenities like wraparound leather seating, colorful LED lighting, Bluetooth audio, TVs, privacy-tinted windows, premium sound systems, and plenty of room to hang out with your group while you're moving between stops.
Have 10 or 12 people? You can go smaller. Bringing 20, 30, 40, or even more? There are larger party buses too.
Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Transportation
Birthday coming up? Make the ride part of it! Party buses are great for birthdays, milestone celebrations, Sweet 16s, quinceañeras, surprise parties, dinners, concerts, amusement parks, nightlife, and just about anything else where you're getting a bunch of people together for the day or night. You can get picked up at home, head somewhere for pictures, go to dinner, hit your event, add another stop afterward, and then bring everybody back at the end of the night.
And you aren't stuck with one giant bus size. If you're going out with a smaller group of friends, you can choose something smaller. If you've got 25 or 30 people coming, there are bigger buses for that too. You'll have amazing amenities like leather seating, colorful lighting, Bluetooth-compatible sound, TVs, climate control, privacy tint, and other fun features depending on the vehicle you choose.
Concert & Music Festival Transportation
Going to a concert with 15 or 20 people sounds simple until everybody tries to drive there. Now you've got six cars, six parking spots, six different arrival times, and somehow you're still standing outside after the show asking where everybody went. A concert bus fixes all of that.
Meet at one pickup point, ride to the show together, and have transportation already set up for when it's over. No trying to find each other in a giant parking lot. No figuring out rides after the concert. No splitting the group up. If you want to make the ride part of the night, choose a party bus. If you're bringing a big fan group and mostly care about getting everybody there comfortably, a minibus or charter bus might make more sense. You can use the same setup for concerts, festivals, arena shows, outdoor music events, and multi-day festivals too.
Corporate Transportation
Need to move employees, executives, clients, convention guests, or basically your whole company? There are a LOT of different ways to set this up. Maybe you need one Sprinter van for a few executives coming in from the airport. Maybe you need a minibus running between a hotel and convention center every 30 minutes. Maybe you're moving 300 people and need several full-size buses running at the same time. You can do all of that. Corporate transportation can be used for conventions, conferences, trade shows, company dinners, holiday parties, employee outings, airport transfers, client transportation, executive travel, team-building events, off-site meetings, office-to-office transportation, and recurring employee shuttle routes. And if people are working or traveling for several hours, you can look for vehicles with useful amenities like forward-facing seating, climate control, Wi-Fi, power outlets, overhead storage, and luggage space.
Private Event Transportation
Got a group? You can probably use a bus. Family reunions, church trips, graduations, anniversaries, festivals, casino trips, dinners, holiday parties, family vacations, amusement parks, retreats, community events, and just about any other private trip can be built around your schedule.
This can be REALLY simple. One pickup. One destination. One ride back.
Or it can get complicated. Five pickup locations. Three stops. Dinner in between. Hotel drop-offs afterward. Transportation again the next morning.
Either way, you can set up the trip around what YOU need. And you don't need 50 people to rent a bus. Smaller groups can use Sprinter vans and minibuses while bigger groups can move up to larger party buses and charter buses.
Prom & Homecoming Transportation
Prom and homecoming are WAY more fun when your whole group gets to go together. Instead of everybody showing up separately, you can build the night into one trip. Get picked up, stop somewhere for pictures, head to dinner, go to the dance, make another planned stop afterward, and then get everybody home. And yes, the vehicle can actually feel like part of the night. Party buses can have leather seating, colorful LED lighting, TVs, Bluetooth audio, premium sound systems, privacy tint, and plenty of room for everybody to hang out together between stops.
Have a smaller friend group? There are smaller buses. Got a HUGE group going together? There are party buses that can handle that too.
School Event Transportation
School transportation isn't just for a field trip to the museum. You can rent buses for field trips, college tours, academic competitions, marching band trips, sporting events, graduations, camps, campus visits, amusement parks, overnight trips, school clubs, and multi-day educational travel. A smaller club or class may only need a minibus. If you've got an entire class, team, band, or larger student group, a full-size charter bus will usually give you much more room. And for longer trips, THAT matters. Full-size charter buses can give you high-back reclining seats, climate control, overhead storage, huge undercarriage luggage bays, power outlets, Wi-Fi, TVs, and an onboard restroom on many vehicles. When you've got students and chaperones riding for four, five, or six hours, those amenities make a BIG difference.
Sporting Event Transportation
Going to the game with a group? Bring EVERYBODY. Instead of taking a bunch of separate cars, meeting in different parking lots, and trying to regroup after the game, you can put the whole group on one bus and travel together. Fan groups can book party buses and make the ride part of game day. Alumni groups, booster clubs, youth teams, college teams, and organized fan groups can use minibuses or full-size charter buses. And if you're moving an actual team, don't just look at passenger count.
Think about the STUFF. Uniform bags. Coolers. Equipment. Luggage. Training gear. Whatever you're bringing needs somewhere to go too. That's where a full-size charter bus with large underfloor luggage storage can be a much better choice than trying to squeeze everything into a smaller bus. You can use buses for home games, away games, tournaments, college sports, professional sports, youth leagues, and multi-day competitions.
Wedding Transportation
Your wedding transportation can be as simple or as custom as you want it to be. Maybe all you need is one bus to pick everybody up at the hotel, bring them to the venue, and take them back later that night. Easy. Or maybe you have three hotels, a ceremony at one location, a reception somewhere else, a wedding party going out for pictures, grandparents who need an earlier ride back, and guests leaving at several different times. You can build around ALL of that.
A smaller Sprinter van or minibus can work great for your wedding party. Larger minibuses and charter buses can move dozens of guests at a time. And for a big wedding, you can use several buses running scheduled loops between hotels and your venue throughout the night. It's also a LOT easier for your guests. They don't have to figure out unfamiliar roads, find parking, or worry about how they're getting back to the hotel afterward.
Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Going to wineries, breweries, distilleries, tasting rooms, or bars with a group? Get everyone on one bus and make a day out of it. You aren't stuck with some generic preset route either. Build YOUR trip.
Pick the wineries you want. Add a brewery. Stop for lunch. Go somewhere else for dinner. Spend an hour at one place and two hours at another. Add as many stops as make sense for your schedule.
Smaller groups can choose a Sprinter limo or party bus, while bigger groups can move up to larger party buses, minibuses, and charter buses. The best part is everybody stays together. You're not constantly waiting for five different cars to arrive at the next stop or figuring out who's riding with who.
