Fill out one quick form and compare vehicles and online rates from a large network of bus companies serving the Pioneer Valley in seconds. Sprinter vans, 15–35 passenger minibuses, 15– to 50-passenger party buses, and 56-passenger charter buses — with quotes in under 30 seconds. Call 833-458-7001 or use our online quote tool today!
It just got easier finding the right bus for your group! Through this website, you can compare sprinter vans and sprinter limos for smaller crews, 15– to 35-passenger minibuses for mid-size groups, 15– to 50-passenger party buses loaded with LED lighting and a built-in bar, 56-passenger charter buses with reclining seats and onboard restrooms for long hauls, and even school buses for field trips. Whatever your group size and wherever you are headed, the options are right here!
Buses and vehicles shown above are NOT the exact makes and models available for every trip. We are NOT a bus company and do not own or operate vehicles. Photos are examples only and may show stock or typical vehicles, not the exact vehicle offered for your reservation. Fill out the online quote form or call 833-458-7001 to view current vehicle options, photos, availability, and pricing. Confirm the exact vehicle details and amenities before booking.
Not every Agawam group trip calls for the same vehicle. A 15–20 passenger party bus comes loaded with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar setup, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs — ideal for a bachelorette night through downtown Springfield or a birthday run to the casinos at MGM Springfield. A Sprinter van works great for smaller executive groups or airport runs to Bradley, with leather seating and USB charging at every seat.
For larger corporate events or long-haul trips to Boston, a full-size charter bus brings reclining seats, climate control, onboard restrooms, WiFi, and undercarriage storage for luggage. Check out the full party bus amenities breakdown to see what's available before you request your quote.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 833-458-7001 before booking.
With Partybus-rental.net, you'll have instant pricing from a network of bus companies serving Agawam in under 30 seconds — no account, no waiting, no callbacks. Enter your date, group size, and pickup location, and the results page loads vehicles, photos, and real pricing from independent operators competing for your trip. Pricing depends on the bus type and size, how long you need it, the day of the week, and any extra stops along the route — whether it's a one-way transfer to Bradley Airport or a full day at The Big E with multiple pickup waves. For most groups, a 30-second form gets you the numbers you need right now. Need a custom package — a multi-day run, a fleet of buses for a corporate conference, a round-trip to Boston? Call 833-458-7001 and the team builds it around your itinerary on the spot!

One Search. More Options.
View instant online quotes and vehicle photos without ever creating an account — and that is just the beginning of why groups across the Pioneer Valley keep coming back. Partybus-rental.net is not a bus company. Because no vehicles are owned here, you are comparing across a whole network of independently owned transportation providers instead of picking from one company's leftover availability. That matters a lot when your event is The Big E on a Saturday in late September, when every bus in Western Massachusetts is spoken for by noon.
One form. One results page. Side-by-side pricing and photos from a network of bus companies serving Agawam, the Springfield metro, and anywhere your group is headed. You pick the bus that fits your group, your budget, and your plans. Party buses with a full-length bar and color-changing LED lighting for the bachelorette crew. A 28-passenger minibus with WiFi and reclining seats for the corporate team. A 56-passenger motorcoach with undercarriage luggage bays for the academic delegation heading to Boston Logan. You'll find it all right here, and you'll have pricing in under 30 seconds! Call 833-458-7001 any time to talk it through with a live agent, or use the online quote tool now and see what is available for your dates!
Think it's complicated to book group transportation in Western Massachusetts? It isn't — not with Partybus-rental.net! From airport runs to prom nights, field trips to Six Flags, corporate shuttles to wedding send-offs, you'll find the right bus for every occasion right here. Compare available vehicles, packages, and pricing from a network of bus companies serving Agawam and the Pioneer Valley, all in one place, in under 30 seconds!

With Partybus-rental.net, booking airport transportation from Agawam has never been simpler! The closest major airport to Agawam is Bradley International Airport (BDL) (334 Ella Grasso Turnpike, Windsor Locks, CT 06096), roughly 12 road miles south — ordinarily about 20 to 30 minutes before traffic, weather, construction, and group-loading time are added. For larger groups connecting to the Northeast’s hub, Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is roughly 97 road miles east via I-90 (the Mass Pike) and the Ted Williams Tunnel. Storrow Drive is strictly off-limits for buses; current DCR guidance says Storrow Drive, Soldiers Field Road, and Memorial Drive are not open to buses or other oversized vehicles and have clearances as low as nine feet. Stay on the approved I-90 route and follow current traffic controls.
Whether you need a 15-passenger minibus for a small team flying out of BDL or a full-size 56-passenger charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays for a conference delegation departing Logan, you'll compare available options and instant pricing right here. One form, no account, results in 30 seconds. Call 833-458-7001 for a custom airport shuttle package built around your flight times!

No matter how big or how wild your bachelorette itinerary gets, a party bus makes sure everyone stays together from the first stop to the last round. Start the night with cocktails at MGM Springfield (One MGM Way, Springfield, MA 01103), then head downtown to White Lion Brewing Company at 1500 Main Street before returning to Agawam whenever you’re ready — not when rideshare surge pricing says you have to. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus comes loaded with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, a premium Bluetooth sound system, and wraparound perimeter seating. You set the stops. You set the time. You enjoy every minute of the ride!
Planning a night that runs into Northampton for the bar scene on Main Street, or an evening heading east to Hartford? One bus keeps the whole crew together, keeps the energy up, and handles every stop on your itinerary without anyone splitting off for a separate rideshare. Compare available party buses and pricing right now, or call 833-458-7001 to build a custom package around your night!

Coordinating a milestone birthday in Agawam — or a Sweet 16, a quinceañera, a big anniversary dinner — means pulling the whole group together without making anyone figure out parking and designated driving. Partybus-rental.net makes the transportation the easy part! Compare party buses, minibuses, and charter buses from a network of providers serving Agawam and Western Massachusetts right here. You can even request available white, black, or silver buses to match your party's theme.
Whether the celebration is dinner at a venue in Springfield or a night at the casino at MGM Springfield, one bus keeps everyone together from the first pickup to the final toast. Milestone birthday weekends in the Pioneer Valley book out fast, especially on prime spring and fall Saturdays when every local operator is already committed to weddings and proms. Compare available options in under 30 seconds right now — or call 833-458-7001 and a live agent will lock in the bus and build the itinerary around your date!

Partybus-rental.net will help your group get to the show and back without battling the post-concert rideshare surge. Whether your tickets are at MassMutual Center (1277 Main St, Springfield, MA 01103) for a touring artist coming through Springfield, at Xfinity Center (885 S Main St, Mansfield, MA 02048) for a summer amphitheater show, or a run all the way to TD Garden (100 Legends Way, Boston, MA 02114), Partybus-rental.net helps you compare the right party bus or charter bus for your group and your route in one place.
A charter bus or minibus for a concert run keeps the group together, gets you to the venue and back on your own timetable, and means nobody is hunting for parking or waiting 45 minutes for a rideshare with half the crowd doing the same thing at the same moment. Compare available buses, photos, and pricing from a network of providers serving Agawam in under 30 seconds. If you want a party bus with LED lighting and a built-in bar to pregame on the ride over, you'll find that here too! Call 833-458-7001 to build your concert night package!

Give your team the transportation that keeps them productive. A corporate shuttle from Agawam to a conference at MassMutual Center, a convention at the MassMutual Center convention space, or a multi-day corporate retreat anywhere in New England is easy to set up right here. One form, instant pricing, and a support team at 833-458-7001 to build a custom route for your company's exact schedule.
Long-haul corporate runs to the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (MCEC) (415 Summer St, Boston, MA 02210), the current name of the former BCEC, are a common booking from the Pioneer Valley market. The roughly 95-road-mile I-90 corridor can take under two hours in light traffic, but Boston congestion, weather, construction, and group-loading time can make it longer. A 56-passenger motorcoach with WiFi and reclining seats turns the ride into productive or restful pre-conference time instead of I-90 stress. Compare full-size charter buses with onboard WiFi and power outlets, mid-size minibuses for smaller teams, and daily or multi-day packages that fit your company’s calendar. No calling around — one form, instant results, then book right online!

Partybus-rental.net makes private event transportation easy, whether you're running a family reunion across three venues in a single day, shuttling guests from a hotel block to a private estate in the Berkshires, or coordinating group rides for a multi-day celebration. Compare available minibuses, charter buses, and party buses from a network of providers serving Agawam and Western Massachusetts — all in one place, with real photos, package options, and instant pricing you can actually act on.
Private groups heading to Six Flags New England (1623 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001) love a party bus or charter bus for the trip — one vehicle keeps everyone together from the first ride to the last coaster. Six Flags currently offers group packages for 15 to 99 people and its national travel-group page advertises bus parking and bus-driver admission, but the New England park’s public page does not publish one universal bus lot or unloading sequence. Get the current arrival instructions with the group reservation. Or coordinate a private tour of the Pioneer Valley’s growing craft brewery scene, from White Lion Brewing at 1500 Main Street in downtown Springfield to current options throughout the Northampton and Amherst corridor. Compare your options in 30 seconds right here!

Booking prom transportation from Agawam is one of the most time-sensitive bookings of the year — and the most regrettable to leave too late. Agawam High School, West Springfield High School, and Westfield High School are current area schools, but each school sets its own prom date and the calendar can change every year. Confirm the current date with the school before booking. Prime spring weekends pull from the same pool of available buses at the same time. Wait until March and you may be looking at premium pricing, slim availability, or both. Booking by November or December gives your group a much wider choice of available vehicles.
Partybus-rental.net makes it easy to compare party buses — with the LED lighting, the built-in bar, the Bluetooth sound system, and the wraparound perimeter seating — from a network of providers serving Agawam and the Pioneer Valley. You choose the size, the color, and the amenities that fit your group's prom night plans. One form, instant pricing, no account required. Or call 833-458-7001 NOW to hold your date before it's gone!

Use Partybus-rental.net to compare field trip buses and school event transportation from a network of providers serving Agawam and Western Massachusetts. Heading to the Springfield Museums at 21 Edwards Street — one campus with five museums, including the Springfield Science Museum — or further afield to the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem or the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston? You can compare 15- to 35-passenger minibuses for smaller classes and 56-passenger motorcoaches for larger grade-level trips, with overhead storage for backpacks, climate control, and ADA-accessible options available on request.
One bus keeps the whole class accounted for and on schedule, and comparing options takes under 30 seconds right here. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — just mention it when you submit your quote. Teachers and trip coordinators love that there is no account required and no callbacks to wait on — you see pricing and vehicle photos right on the results page! Call 833-458-7001 to set up your field trip transportation today!

For easy group transportation to every major sporting event from the Pioneer Valley, Partybus-rental.net is your starting point. Fan groups and sports teams heading to Gillette Stadium (One Patriot Place, Foxborough, MA 02035) for a Patriots game can take I-90 East to I-495 South, then Route 1 North toward the stadium. Current stadium guidance assigns oversized vehicles to Lot 52, reached from P10 North or P10 South depending on the approach — not Lot 8. For Revolution matches, the stadium may use the back of Lot 20 from the south or Lot 3C from the north when P10 is not open. Drop-off or pickup on Route 1 is illegal, parking has no re-entry, and overnight parking is not allowed. Review the event guide before departure because operations vary by event.
Closer to home, MassMutual Center in Springfield hosts Springfield Thunderbirds AHL hockey, concerts, and touring shows throughout the season. The venue is at 1277 Main Street, and its public directions page directs patrons to the entrance at Dwight Street and Bruce Landon Way. That page does not publish a standing charter-bus curb or oversized-vehicle staging lot, so do not treat Main Street or a Dwight Street surface lot as an automatic assignment. Confirm the event-specific unloading, waiting, and pickup plan with the venue at (413) 787-6610. Compare available party buses and charter buses — from a 15-passenger minibus for a small fan group to a full fleet for a corporate suite night — and get instant pricing right here. Call 833-458-7001 for game-day packages!

Partybus-rental.net helps you find wedding transportation that keeps your whole guest list together from rehearsal dinner to last call — and takes the parking question completely off your plate. Whether the ceremony is at a venue in the Berkshires, the reception is at a Springfield estate, or you are shuttling guests between a downtown hotel and a garden venue in Longmeadow, one form gives you instant pricing and vehicle photos from a network of providers serving the Pioneer Valley.
You can request available white, black, or silver buses to match your wedding colors — just mention it when you submit your quote or call 833-458-7001. Confirm your date before comparing options. The earlier you compare, the better your selection. One bus, one itinerary, every guest accounted for from the first pickup to the final hotel drop-off. Lock in your wedding transportation now!

Book a winery or brewery tour bus right here and let the Pioneer Valley’s growing craft scene become your next group outing — without anyone worrying about who’s driving. Current stops include White Lion Brewing Company at 1500 Main Street in Springfield and Abandoned Building Brewery at 142 Pleasant Street, Unit 103A, in Easthampton. Massachusetts’s current craft-brewery directory also lists breweries in Agawam, Amherst, Easthampton, Longmeadow, Westfield, and other Western Massachusetts communities. Confirm every stop’s current hours, group policy, and bus access before building the itinerary. Your whole group stays together stop to stop, no one is hunting for parking between tastings, and no one is doing the math on designated driving at the fourth stop.
Compare available party buses (great for the social group that wants a built-in bar and Bluetooth sound between stops), minibuses (perfect for a tighter guest list and a relaxed tasting pace), and full-size charter buses (for the larger group doing a full-day brewery or winery circuit). Fill out one form and get instant pricing from a network of providers serving Agawam and all of Western Massachusetts — no account needed. Call 833-458-7001 to set up your tour!
Use the online quote tool to share your trip details, including the date, passenger count, and pickup and drop-off locations. It only takes under 30 seconds to fill out.

Nearby Cities You Can Get Bus Rentals To
Six Flags New England (1623 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001) offers current group packages for 15 to 99 people and a separate inquiry path for corporate events and larger groups. Six Flags’ national travel-group page advertises parking for buses and admission for bus drivers. The current New England group, parking, and directions pages do not publish the former dedicated east-side bus/RV lot, a Gate 1 walking time, or a universal Route 159 unloading sequence.
Use the current New England group page to buy the applicable group package or submit the group inquiry, and retain the park-issued bus arrival instructions with the driver. General admission reservations are no longer required, but that does not replace group-package coordination. The public pages also do not promise a guaranteed bus space to every advance reservation or establish the former peak-day capacity timeline. Confirm the current bus parking, unloading point, driver admission, and entry process for the visit instead of relying on an old lot description.

Bradley International Airport (334 Ella Grasso Turnpike, Windsor Locks, CT 06096) moved charter-bus operations from the Arrivals roadway to its Ground Transportation Center in 2022. The GTC is adjacent to Terminal A, not on the lower/Arrivals level inside the terminal. Its street address is 180 Schoephoester Road, Windsor Locks, CT 06096. Follow the airport’s current roadway and facility signs to the GTC and use the airport-assigned charter-bus loading location.
The airport’s current public GTC page does not publish a universal charter-bus curb number, holding area, or separate Departures-level drop-off rule. It also identifies Terminal A as the main terminal and gives separate access instructions for passengers arriving at Terminal B, so the former “single-terminal airport” description was inaccurate. Have every person and every bag ready before boarding, but confirm the exact charter-bus arrival, unloading, and waiting instructions with Bradley Ground Transportation at (860) 292-2040 before the trip. The airport’s general information number is (860) 292-2000.
Address: 334 Ella Grasso Turnpike, Windsor Locks, CT 06096 Phone: (860) 292-2000
For a motorcoach or school bus group, use Gate 1 at 1649 Memorial Avenue, West Springfield, MA 01089. The current group-tour page places the Transportation Center at Gate 1, and the directions page identifies Gate 1B as a public walk-through gate for bus groups. That is different from Gate 9 at 875 Memorial Avenue, which is the public car-parking entrance, and from the executive office at 1305 Memorial Avenue.
Motorcoaches and school buses unload through the current Gate 1 Transportation Center process, then park off-site; The Big E provides continuous round-trip shuttle service for drivers. Bus parking is free with advance registration, and the current group-tour page provides a Bus Reservations form. Register the bus in advance and retain the issued instructions with the driver. Do not send a motorcoach into Gate 9 public parking or to a supposed bus lot south of Gate 1. Contact The Big E at (413) 737-2443 and check the current directions and group-tour pages before the fair.
Bus-group entrance: 1649 Memorial Ave, West Springfield, MA 01089 (Gate 1) Executive office: 1305 Memorial Ave, West Springfield, MA 01089 Phone: (413) 737-2443
MassMutual Center (1277 Main St, Springfield, MA 01103) is a downtown arena. Its current public directions page directs patrons to the entrance at the corner of Dwight Street and Bruce Landon Way and links to the adjacent Convention Center Carpark and Springfield Parking Authority. It does not designate Main Street as a universal charter-bus curb or publish a standing oversized-vehicle parking assignment.
A full-size party bus or charter bus should not infer that a nearby garage or surface lot accepts it. Before arrival, call MassMutual Center administration at (413) 787-6610 and record the event-specific unloading point, legal waiting or parking location, and post-event pickup window. Give that written plan to the driver. This replaces the unsupported garage-clearance range and the former claim that a Dwight Street surface lot is the closest commonly used oversized staging option.

Party buses, charter buses, and motorcoaches heading to Gillette Stadium (One Patriot Place, Foxborough, MA 02035) from Agawam take I-90 East to I-495 South, then Exit 36A onto Route 1 North and follow current event traffic controls. The current oversized-vehicle assignment is Lot 52, accessible from P10 North or P10 South depending on the approach. For Revolution matches, if P10 is closed, oversized vehicles may be directed to the back of Lot 20 from the south or Lot 3C from the north. Lot 8 and 71 Patriot Place are not the current published instructions.
The bus may remain in its assigned parking area through the event, subject to the current event guide and lot rules. Do not drop off or pick up on Route 1; the stadium states that doing so is illegal. Stadium parking lots have no re-entry, and overnight parking is prohibited. Lot opening and closing times vary: Patriots lots currently open four hours before kickoff and close two hours after day games or immediately after night games, while concerts and Revolution matches use different schedules. Confirm the event guide and group meeting point before departure.

Boston Logan International Airport (1 Harborside Dr, East Boston, MA 02128) has four passenger terminals — A, B, C, and E — and each has baggage claim and ground-transportation facilities. Massport wayfinding identifies charter buses as their own ground-transportation category. Use the airport’s current brown Charter Bus signage and the airport-assigned terminal curb; do not substitute taxi, limo, rideshare, hotel-shuttle, or scheduled-bus positions. Massachusetts law limits unnecessary engine idling to five minutes in most circumstances, subject to statutory exceptions, so the bus cannot simply wait at an active curb while the group is still inside.
The former terminal-by-terminal list is not reliable enough to publish as a standing private-charter rule. Massport’s current scheduled private-bus page lists Arrivals doors A105, B105/B115, C110, and E107 for scheduled bus services; those are not a blanket assignment for a privately hired party bus or charter bus. Before travel, confirm the private charter’s current terminal assignment through Massport’s interactive airport map and airport roadway signage. Then have every passenger and every bag assembled before calling the bus forward. Do not publish fixed customs, circling, or two-minute boarding times; they vary by flight and airport conditions.
One more thing: Storrow Drive is prohibited for buses. Current Massachusetts DCR guidance says Storrow Drive, Soldiers Field Road, and Memorial Drive are not open to buses or other oversized vehicles and have bridge clearances as low as nine feet. From Agawam, the normal approved approach is I-90 East through the Ted Williams Tunnel to Logan, subject to current construction and traffic controls. Check the Massport roadway updates and airport signage on the travel date.
Address: 1 Harborside Dr, East Boston, MA 02128 Phone: (617) 561-1800
Storrow Drive is off-limits for buses. Current DCR guidance says buses and other oversized vehicles are prohibited there, and clearances can be as low as nine feet. From Agawam, use I-90 East. The Red Sox’s current oversized-vehicle directions say to take Exit 22 toward Prudential Center, bear right onto Massachusetts Avenue, turn left onto Beacon Street, continue through Kenmore Square, and turn left onto Brookline Avenue for Fenway Park. Follow current police and traffic controls if they differ on the event date.
Fenway Park (4 Jersey Street, Boston, MA 02215) has no Red Sox or Fenway-provided bus parking. Its accessibility guide identifies Gate B at Van Ness and Ipswich Streets and Gate D at Van Ness and Jersey Streets as the best guest pickup and drop-off points, but that does not create a standing charter-bus parking or staging authorization. The current public pages do not publish the former police-directed Brookline Avenue coach lane, Commonwealth Avenue staging plan, or Allston/Brighton surface-lot assignment. Confirm a legal event-specific unloading, staging, and return plan before departure.
Address: 4 Jersey Street, Boston, MA 02215 Phone: (617) 226-6000
The Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (MCEC) (415 Summer St, Boston, MA 02210), the current name of the former BCEC, is in the South Boston Seaport. From Western Massachusetts, current venue directions use I-90 East to Exit 25 for South Boston. For South Lot parking, turn from Summer Street onto East Side Drive, pass the rideshare area, continue along the building, turn right down the ramp, then left at the bottom into the lot. The current page does not designate the Summer Street plaza or D Street as universal private-bus unloading curbs, so use the event organizer’s approved shuttle plan.
The MCEC publishes 1,300 attendee parking spaces and a current self-parking rate of $70 per oversized vehicle in the South Lot. If the South Lot is unavailable or the event changes access, follow the event’s issued transportation plan or arrange a legal off-site space in advance. The current venue page does not name Seaport Boulevard or the A Street corridor as default oversized overflow lots, so those former recommendations have been removed. Parking is separate from the bus rental quote unless the booking specifically says otherwise.
