Get Connected With the Right Allentown Party Bus Rental
Partybus-rental.net is not a bus company. It's a quote-comparison website — and that's actually the best part. Instead of spending an afternoon calling transportation providers one by one, describing your trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks, you fill out one quick form and instantly compare vehicles and pricing from a large network of bus companies serving Allentown and the greater Lehigh Valley.
That's it. No account needed, no obligation, free quote online or by phone.
Whether you need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bachelorette night in downtown Allentown, a minibus for a corporate shuttle between Allentown and Bethlehem, or a full 56-passenger charter bus for a stadium run to Philadelphia, the network has options across every vehicle category and price range. You're never locked into a single fleet — you get to compare buses, packages, and prices side by side and pick what actually fits your trip. Call 833-458-7001 or use the online quote tool to check availability right now!

Available Amenities on Your Allentown Bus Rental
Not every Allentown group trip needs the same setup. A 15–50 passenger party bus typically comes with a full-length bar area, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — ideal for a night out along Hamilton Street or a celebration heading into Philadelphia.
Minibuses are a strong fit for corporate shuttles and wedding guest transfers, offering reclining seats and powerful climate control without the party-bus footprint. Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms — the right call for longer hauls to PPL Center concerts, Eagles games at Lincoln Financial Field, or multi-day travel. Check out the party bus amenities guide or charter bus amenities breakdown to compare what's typically included.

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 833-458-7001 before booking.
Compare Allentown Party Bus Prices for Any Group
Allentown party bus and charter bus rental prices generally run as follows: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $150–$300/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $175–$350/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $225–$400/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $275–$475/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $130–$275/hour or $1,100–$2,200/day. Pricing shifts based on your date, itinerary, vehicle type, and how far out you're traveling — a run to Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia will price differently than a local Allentown loop.
Those ranges give you a planning baseline. The quote for your specific trip on your specific date comes from the quote form — and you can have it in under a minute. Visit the party bus prices page for more context, or call 833-458-7001 right now for a free, no-obligation quote.

Compare Prices on Allentown Party Buses
Coordinating group transportation in the Lehigh Valley means juggling I-78, Route 22, and a downtown Allentown that wasn't designed for a caravan of personal vehicles. Partybus-rental.net cuts through all of that by putting a wide range of vehicle types and pricing from multiple providers in front of you at once — so you're comparing options instead of chasing callbacks.
The process is straightforward: enter your trip details into the online form or call 833-458-7001, and within seconds you can compare vehicles, packages, and prices side by side. No account to create, no lengthy form to fill out, no obligation to book. A support team is available every day of the year to answer questions, walk through vehicle options, and put together a custom package around your headcount, date, and budget.
You're also never limited to a single company's fleet. Because Partybus-rental.net pulls from a large network of bus companies serving Allentown and the broader Lehigh Valley region, the selection is far wider than any one operator can offer — from a sleek Sprinter limo for a small bridal party to a fleet of charter buses for a convention at the PPL Center. That's a real advantage when demand spikes around Musikfest in August or prom weekends in May.
Allentown Party Bus Services Available
From airport transfers and sports runs to weddings, prom nights, and corporate shuttles, Partybus-rental.net helps groups of every size and purpose find the right bus in Allentown. Whatever brings your group together — there's a vehicle in the network ready for it. Call 833-458-7001 to get your group moving!

Lehigh Valley International Airport Shuttle Bus Rentals
Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) (3311 Airport Rd, Allentown, PA 18109) handles a steady volume of business and leisure travelers, and coordinating a group pickup there on a tight schedule is a different challenge than a solo rideshare. At ABE, the commercial ground transportation area is curbside on the arrivals level — have your group coordinator confirm the bus is staged before your group exits baggage claim with luggage in hand, then move together to the designated commercial pickup curb. Don't call for the bus until everyone has their bags.
Groups that fly into Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and need a Lehigh Valley transfer also have solid bus options through the network — a charter bus to or from PHL runs roughly 60 miles via I-78 West and keeps the whole group on one vehicle instead of renting a fleet of cars. Call 833-458-7001 to set up your ABE or PHL airport shuttle.

Allentown Bachelor and Bachelorette Party Bus Rentals
Allentown's Hamilton Street corridor and the surrounding Lehigh Valley give a bachelor or bachelorette party plenty of ground to cover — from cocktail bars and rooftop spots in downtown Allentown to the casino floor at Wind Creek Bethlehem (77 Wind Creek Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18015), about 10 miles east on Route 378. Wind Creek Bethlehem sits on the old Bethlehem Steel site and runs 24 hours — so the night can go as long as your group wants.
The problem with doing all of this in separate cars is obvious after the first stop. A party bus for your bachelor or bachelorette night keeps the group together from the first pickup to the last drop-off, with LED lighting, a sound system, and no one worrying about getting back across town at 2 a.m. For prom-level demand weekends in summer, book at least 6–8 weeks ahead.
Call 833-458-7001 to lock in your date.

Allentown Birthday, Sweet 16, and Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Allentown has one of the largest Latino communities in Pennsylvania — quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations here are major productions, and a party bus arrival sets the tone from the moment the guest of honor steps on board. Party buses seating 15 to 50 are the standard for these events, and many can be matched to your color theme. Popular reception venues in the Lehigh Valley include banquet halls along Tilghman Street, the Glasbern Inn in Fogelsville, and event spaces in the Whitehall and Wescosville corridors.
For adult milestone birthdays — a 30th or 40th night out hitting downtown Allentown bars before ending at Wind Creek Bethlehem — a party bus keeps the energy up and takes the logistics off the table entirely. Use the online quote tool to check availability for your date, or call 833-458-7001 for a quick price and vehicle rundown.

Concert and Event Bus Rentals to PPL Center and Beyond
PPL Center (701 Hamilton St, Allentown, PA 18101) is the Lehigh Valley's primary concert and events arena — a 10,000-capacity venue right in the heart of downtown Allentown. On major concert nights, Hamilton Street and 7th Street fill up fast, and the parking decks within a few blocks of the arena reach capacity well before doors open. The closest garages run $10–$20 on event nights, and street parking in the surrounding blocks disappears quickly.
A party bus drops your group at the Hamilton Street entrance and picks everyone up at the same spot after the show — no hunting for the car in a crowded deck, no surge pricing on the way home. For larger touring acts that also play at the ArtsQuest SteelStacks campus (101 Founders Way, Bethlehem, PA 18015), the same logic applies: the Blast Furnace area during a major outdoor show is not a place you want to navigate in multiple separate cars. Compare concert bus rental options through the quick quote tool or call 833-458-7001.

Allentown Corporate Event Charter Bus and Shuttle Service
The Lehigh Valley is home to a dense concentration of corporate campuses, distribution centers, and healthcare facilities — Air Products, PPL Corporation, St. Luke's University Health Network, and Lehigh Valley Health Network among them. Moving a team between Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton on I-78 or Route 22 during rush hour without a coordinated shuttle plan means late arrivals and a frustrated group. A charter bus or minibus for corporate travel keeps everyone on one vehicle and on schedule.
For conferences at the Allentown Fairgrounds or the PPL Center event spaces, a 15–35 passenger minibus is an efficient hotel-to-venue shuttle that handles downtown's limited parking without requiring your attendees to find their own way. Executive Sprinter vans are available for smaller VIP groups. Call 833-458-7001 to discuss group rates and multi-day corporate packages.

Private Event Transportation in Allentown and the Lehigh Valley
Musikfest — Bethlehem's massive 10-day outdoor music festival held every August across the SteelStacks campus and the historic downtown Bethlehem corridor — draws over one million attendees annually. During Musikfest, parking in Bethlehem's South Side and along the festival grounds fills hours before evening acts. Route 378 and Broad Street back up significantly.
A private charter bus or party bus drops your group at the festival perimeter before congestion sets in and picks everyone up after the headliner without the post-show scramble.
The same logic applies to the Celtic Classic Highland Games in late September at SteelStacks and the Great Allentown Fair each August at the Allentown Fairgrounds (302 N 17th St, Allentown, PA 18104). Both events draw large regional crowds into venues with constrained parking. Book 6–8 weeks ahead for any August or September date in the Lehigh Valley.
Call 833-458-7001 to get your quote.

Allentown Prom and Homecoming Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the Lehigh Valley runs late April through mid-May, and every major high school — Allen, William Allen, Dieruff, Emmaus, Parkland, Nazareth — holds its prom within a roughly four-week window. That's a lot of groups chasing a limited supply of party buses across Lehigh and Northampton counties simultaneously. For Allentown-area prom: book by January or expect premium pricing and thin availability by March.
Waiting costs real money. A bus locked in January might run $175–$250/hour; the same bus in April, if it's even still available, runs closer to $300–$400/hour. Partybus-rental.net makes it easy to compare options and confirm your vehicle early.
Check prom party bus rental options or call 833-458-7001 now — the earlier you call, the better your selection and the lower your rate.

Allentown School Field Trip and Group Event Bus Rentals
The Lehigh Valley has no shortage of strong field trip destinations — Allentown Art Museum (31 N 5th St, Allentown, PA 18101), Lehigh Valley Zoo (5150 Game Preserve Rd, Schnecksville, PA 18078), and the National Museum of Industrial History at SteelStacks are all within a 20-minute drive of most Allentown schools. For longer educational day trips, the American Heritage Museum in Hudson, MA and the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia are both reachable on a charter bus without mid-trip pit stop stress — select charter buses include onboard restrooms.
Charter buses for school field trips from the network include overhead storage for backpacks and gear, climate control, and reclining seats — a real upgrade over a standard yellow school bus on a two-hour run. ADA-accessible vehicles are available; mention it when you request your quote. Call 833-458-7001 to discuss your school group's needs.

Allentown Sporting Event Party Bus Rentals
Allentown sits about 60 miles north of Philadelphia via I-78 East — which means Lincoln Financial Field for Eagles games, Citizens Bank Park for Phillies, and Wells Fargo Center for Flyers and Sixers are all viable day trips for a Lehigh Valley group. On Eagles game days, the I-78 East corridor toward Philadelphia backs up hard in both directions, and parking in the Sports Complex lots runs $40–$60 with sellouts common for primetime games. A charter bus keeps your tailgate group on one vehicle, and the bus parks in the commercial vehicle lots near Pattison Avenue while everyone's inside.
Locally, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms — the AHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers — play at PPL Center (701 Hamilton St, Allentown, PA 18101) all season long. For large fan groups heading downtown for a Phantoms game, a Lehigh Valley sporting event bus rental handles the parking puzzle while the group arrives together. Call 833-458-7001 to compare options for your next game day.

Allentown Wedding Transportation and Shuttle Service
The Lehigh Valley is a popular wedding corridor — venues like Glasbern Inn (2141 Pack House Rd, Fogelsville, PA 18051) sit in the rolling countryside west of Allentown, while the SteelStacks campus and the Hotel Bethlehem offer urban reception options with limited on-site parking. Getting guests between a downtown Allentown hotel block and a countryside venue without a coordinated shuttle means late arrivals, confused guests, and nobody in your wedding party feeling relaxed.
A Lehigh Valley wedding shuttle bus handles those transfers cleanly — multiple pickup windows, a clear schedule, and the whole guest list arrives together instead of in waves. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a popular choice for the bridal party itself on the wedding day. Because weekends between May and October fill out across the network fast, booking 4–6 months ahead is strongly recommended.
Call 833-458-7001 to put together your wedding day transportation package.

Lehigh Valley Winery Tour and Pub Crawl Bus Rentals
Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley wine trail runs through Berks and Lehigh counties, with tasting rooms within a 30-minute radius of Allentown. Galer Estate Vineyard in Coatesville and Veraldi Vineyards are popular stops, as is Landis Laboratory Brewing and the growing craft brewery scene along Union Boulevard in Allentown. Attempting a four-stop winery or brewery loop in separate cars means someone's driving the whole time — and that's not a tour, it's a designated driver situation.
A Lehigh Valley winery tour bus rental keeps the group together between every stop, with no one stuck navigating rural Lehigh County roads after dark. A 15–25 passenger party bus or minibus is the right size for most winery groups. Call 833-458-7001 or use the online tool to check what's available for your date.

Frequently Asked Questions About Allentown Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybus-rental.net helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
How much does a party bus cost in Allentown, Pennsylvania?
Allentown party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, the date, and how long you need the bus. General ranges: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $150–$300/hour; small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $175–$350/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $225–$400/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $275–$475/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $130–$275/hour or $1,100–$2,200/day. Rates move with the date — Musikfest weekends, prom season, and Eagles playoff games all push demand up.
The fastest way to get a quote for your trip is to call 833-458-7001 or use the online quote tool — pricing for your specific date takes under a minute. See the party bus prices page for more detail.
What is Partybus-rental.net?
Partybus-rental.net is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not provide transportation directly. It connects you with pricing and vehicle options from a large network of bus companies serving Allentown and the surrounding Lehigh Valley — so instead of calling multiple providers and comparing mismatched quotes, you see everything side by side in one place.
The advantage: you're never limited to one fleet, and you get far more options than any single operator can offer.
What bus size do I need for my Allentown group trip?
A good starting point: count your confirmed headcount and round up slightly to account for luggage and comfort. 14-passenger Sprinter limos and 15–20 passenger party buses work well for small celebration groups or executive transfers. A 25–35 passenger minibus is the right fit for mid-size corporate shuttles and wedding guest runs. Full-size charter buses (40–56 passengers) make sense for large fan groups heading to Philadelphia stadiums or multi-day convention travel.
The bus types guide walks through the full breakdown, or call 833-458-7001 and a support team can help match you with the right vehicle.
Can a charter bus make the run from Allentown to Philadelphia for an Eagles or Phillies game?
Yes — and it's one of the most popular use cases for Lehigh Valley groups. Lincoln Financial Field, Citizens Bank Park, and Wells Fargo Center are all roughly 60 miles south of Allentown via I-78 East, about a 75–90 minute run depending on traffic. On game days, I-78 East toward Philadelphia backs up starting mid-afternoon.
A charter bus keeps your tailgate group on one vehicle the entire way and drops your group at the Sports Complex without anyone circling for parking. Round-trip charter bus runs to Philadelphia from Allentown typically run in the $800–$1,500 range depending on vehicle size and hours — call 833-458-7001 for an exact quote for your game day.
Which Allentown-area events book out buses the fastest?
Musikfest in Bethlehem (10 days in early August) is the single biggest demand spike of the year for Lehigh Valley bus rentals — over one million attendees, road closures around the SteelStacks campus, and parking sold out days in advance. Book 8–12 weeks ahead for any Musikfest date. Prom season (late April through mid-May) is the next biggest crunch, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.
Eagles home playoff games and New Year's Eve round out the high-demand calendar. For any of those dates, the earlier you call, the better your vehicle selection and the lower your rate.
Does the online quote tool show available options in Allentown?
Yes. Entering your trip details into the form pulls current options from bus companies serving the Allentown area — what you see reflects actual availability for your date and group size, not a generic catalog. If you want a more customized package or have specific questions about vehicles, amenities, or multi-stop itineraries, call 833-458-7001.
A support team is available every day of the year and can put together a package around your exact needs, not just a standard quote.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Allentown group trips outside peak periods, 3–4 weeks of lead time is workable. For anything touching Musikfest, prom season, Allentown Fair weekend, or major Philadelphia sports playoff games, 6–12 weeks ahead is the smarter move. Waiting until the last two weeks before a high-demand date usually means limited vehicle selection and higher rates.
The one firm rule: for prom, book by January. The Lehigh Valley has a high concentration of high schools all competing for the same buses during a four-week window — early bookers get better vehicles at better prices, full stop. Call 833-458-7001 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Popular Allentown Party Bus Destinations
From the PPL Center arena floor to the Steel Stacks festival grounds to the casino at Wind Creek Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley groups travel to a wide range of venues by bus every weekend. Here's a look at some of the most frequently booked destinations in and around Allentown — with the logistical detail you actually need to plan the trip. Your destination doesn't have to be on this list; a bus is available to any location in the region.

PPL Center
PPL Center (701 Hamilton St, Allentown, PA 18101) is a 10,000-capacity arena in the middle of downtown Allentown — home to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms AHL team and a year-round concert venue hosting national touring acts. Parking within two blocks of the arena on event nights runs $10–$20 in the surrounding Hamilton Street decks, and those decks fill fast for major shows. The arena sits at the intersection of Hamilton and 7th Street, with bus drop-off possible along Hamilton Street curbside.
A bus drops your group steps from the main entrance and handles the post-show pickup at the same spot — no hunting for a parking deck exit at 11 p.m. Check the official PPL Center parking and directions page before your event for current lot availability and road advisories. Phone: (610) 347-7825

Wind Creek Bethlehem
Wind Creek Bethlehem (77 Wind Creek Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18015) is Pennsylvania's largest casino resort — a 24-hour gaming, dining, and entertainment complex built on the historic Bethlehem Steel grounds on the city's South Side. The property has its own structured parking garage, but on busy Friday and Saturday nights the main garage fills and overflow parking pushes guests farther from the entrance. Wind Creek is about 10 miles east of Allentown via Route 378 South — a 15–20 minute run under normal conditions, longer on weekend nights when Route 378 through South Bethlehem slows near the casino approach.
Bus and group vehicle drop-off is at the main porte-cochère entrance on Wind Creek Boulevard. A charter bus or party bus gets the group there and back on one vehicle without anyone worrying about the drive home. Phone: (610) 297-7000

SteelStacks and the ArtsQuest Campus
SteelStacks (101 Founders Way, Bethlehem, PA 18015) is Bethlehem's primary arts and events campus — built against the iconic Bethlehem Steel blast furnaces and home to Musikfest, Celtic Classic, Christkindlmarkt, and year-round concerts at the Levitt Pavilion and Volksplatz outdoor stages. During Musikfest in August, the campus draws 50,000+ visitors on peak days, and all of South Bethlehem's parking fills by early evening. The South New Street and Polk Street lots near the campus reach capacity hours before headliners take the outdoor stages, and rideshare demand spikes sharply after 9 p.m.
Bus drop-off is available along Founders Way at the campus perimeter. For Musikfest or Celtic Classic, book your bus 8–10 weeks ahead. Check the official SteelStacks parking page for current event-night guidance.
Phone: (610) 332-1300

Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom
Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom (3830 Dorney Park Rd, Allentown, PA 18104) is the Lehigh Valley's major regional amusement park — open seasonally from May through October, with rides, a full water park, and major concert events on the Thunder Creek Amphitheatre stage. Dorney Park's main parking lot is large and can accommodate charter buses and oversized vehicles, with bus parking available in designated sections near the main gate. The park sits off Hamilton Boulevard (Route 222) west of downtown Allentown — roughly 5 miles from center city.
On summer weekends and school trip days in June, Route 222 and the park approach road see significant slowdowns in the mid-morning. For school groups, group rates and advance bus parking reservations are handled through the park's official groups page. Phone: (610) 395-3724

Coca-Cola Park
Coca-Cola Park (1050 IronPigs Way, Allentown, PA 18109) is home to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, the AAA affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, and ranks consistently as one of the best minor league ballparks in the country. The park holds approximately 10,000 fans and sits just off Route 987 near the Lehigh Valley International Airport corridor. Parking at Coca-Cola Park is stadium-adjacent and plentiful for most games — the main lots sit directly around the ballpark and typically run $5–$10 on game nights.
For fireworks nights and promotional giveaway games in July and August, the lots fill earlier and post-game exit traffic on Airport Road backs up. A charter bus or minibus for a large fan group drops everyone at the main gate and handles the exit traffic for you. Check the official IronPigs directions page for game-night lot guidance.
Phone: (610) 841-7600

Lehigh Valley Zoo
Lehigh Valley Zoo (5150 Game Preserve Rd, Schnecksville, PA 18078) sits inside Game Preserve Park in Schnecksville, about 15 miles north of Allentown via Route 309 North. The zoo is a 42-acre property with 200+ animals and is one of the Lehigh Valley's most popular school field trip destinations. The park road leading into the Game Preserve from Route 309 is a two-lane rural approach — navigable for charter buses and minibuses, but worth confirming large vehicle clearance with the zoo's group events team in advance.
Group and school trip reservations are handled through the zoo's official field trips page. Parking on-site is free. For school groups, a charter bus with overhead storage handles backpacks, lunches, and gear without the carpool coordination headache — and select vehicles with onboard restrooms make the 20-minute return run more comfortable for younger students.
