Why call one company and settle for whatever they have parked in the lot? On this website, you can compare sprinter vans, 15-passenger minibuses, 25-passenger minibuses, 35-passenger minibuses, 15- to 50-passenger party buses, 56-passenger charter buses, and school buses from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Appleton, Wisconsin—all in one place, with vehicle photos and instant online pricing. Whatever your group size, whatever your occasion, there is a bus in the network ready for it!
Buses and vehicles shown above are NOT the exact makes and models available for every trip. We are NOT a bus company and do not own or operate vehicles. Photos are examples only and may show stock or typical vehicles, not the exact vehicle offered for your reservation. Fill out the online quote form or call 833-458-7001 to view current vehicle options, photos, availability, and pricing. Confirm the exact vehicle details and amenities before booking.
Not every Appleton group trip calls for the same setup. A 25-passenger party bus headed downtown for a bachelorette crawl along College Avenue typically comes with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, and wraparound perimeter seating — the party starts the second everyone boards. A minibus works well for wedding guest shuttles between a ceremony at a venue like Stone Cellar Brewpub and a reception at The Radisson in downtown Appleton, with reclining seats and strong A/C to keep guests comfortable.
Charter buses bring onboard restrooms and undercarriage luggage bays into the picture, which matters a lot on longer hauls to Green Bay, Milwaukee, or Chicago.
Amenities vary by vehicle and provider. The online form and phone team at 833-458-7001 can help you filter by what matters most for your trip.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 833-458-7001 before booking.
Get instant party bus and charter bus pricing for Appleton in under 30 seconds—no account, no callbacks, no waiting around! Just enter your trip date, your group size, and your pickup location, and you'll land on a results page showing vehicles, photos, amenities, and pricing from a network of transportation companies serving the Appleton area. Pricing depends on the bus type and size, the day of the week, how many hours you need the vehicle, whether you're making multiple stops, and the time of year. Why limit yourself to splitting your group across a caravan of personal cars for a long airport run? Whether your group is flying out of Appleton International Airport (ATW) (W6390 Challenger Dr, Appleton, WI 54914), or transferring all the way down I-41 to Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (5300 S Howell Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207)—about 110 miles south—Partybus-rental.net makes it easy to compare the right sized party bus or charter bus for your group, your luggage, and your timeline.
At Mitchell, the airport's current transportation map marks charter buses on the lower baggage-claim roadway. Have your whole group clear baggage claim and assemble with all luggage before boarding, then follow the posted charter-bus signs and the airport's current ground-transportation instructions. The airport's current public guide does not promise Door 5 as a universal private-charter loading point, so confirm the assigned curb before the trip. A full-size charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays handles every roller bag in the group, leaving the overhead bins free for the carry-ons. Compare party buses, minibuses, and motorcoaches from a network of providers serving Appleton and the Fox Cities—and get instant pricing in under 30 seconds!

Rather than coordinating rides between a dozen people with different ideas about when to leave and how to get back, a party bus handles all of it for you! Your group stays together from the first stop to the last call—no splitting up, no surge pricing, no hunting for a ride home at midnight.
A 15- to 50-passenger party bus comes loaded with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, a premium Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating. Minibuses handle intimate gatherings of 15 to 35; full-size charter buses accommodate groups of 40 to 56 with room for luggage and gear; party buses add the LED lighting, sound system, and built-in bar for events where the celebration starts the moment everyone boards.

You match the bus to your student-and-chaperone headcount, not the other way around.
A 56-passenger charter bus keeps the whole class together on one vehicle for field trips to the EAA Aviation Museum (3000 Poberezny Rd, Oshkosh, WI 54902)—about 20 miles south on I-41—or a scheduled program at the Wisconsin Historical Society's temporary History Maker Space in Madison. The former Wisconsin Historical Museum is closed while the new Wisconsin History Center is under construction; public opening and school field trips are planned for 2028. Each seat comes with overhead storage for backpacks and lunch bags, and a climate-controlled cabin keeps everyone comfortable on the ride. ADA-accessible buses are available through the network too; just mention what you need when you request your quote.

You'll love not having to coordinate a caravan of cars to Lambeau Field on game day! For fans making the roughly 30-mile run up I-41 to Lambeau Field (1265 Lombardi Ave, Green Bay, WI 54304) for a Packers game, a party bus or charter bus changes the whole experience. Your group rides together, the tailgate energy builds on board, and the postgame ride home is already handled—no hunting for a parking spot, no splitting into separate rides, and no coordinating drivers after the game.
Vehicles in Packers-operated lots must fit a 9-by-18-foot stall. PMI offers bus and RV parking in nearby lots; contact PMI at (800) 895-0071 for the current game's availability and reservation process. The Packers also warn that this oversized-vehicle parking area is not a postgame pickup zone because of immediate postgame congestion, so arrange an alternate meeting point for your group. Confirm the current parking and pickup plan when you book your party bus or charter bus.
Partybus-rental.net also makes it easy to find sporting event bus rentals to Brewers games at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Bucks games at Fiserv Forum, and any other Wisconsin venue your team or fan group is headed to. Compare bus options with instant online pricing—or call 833-458-7001 to get started!

Nearby Cities You Can Get Bus Rentals To
The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center (400 W College Ave, Appleton, WI 54911) offers complimentary motorcoach and bus parking to groups of 10 or more through Group Sales. Your group coordinator should contact the PAC's Group Leaders line at (920) 730-3786 before the event to confirm the current parking, drop-off, and post-show pickup plan. The PAC's public group page does not assign College Avenue as a universal motorcoach curb or promise that a private bus can wait outside throughout every show. Give the driver and every passenger the confirmed event-specific location in writing before show night; that keeps the group from improvising a curbside plan after the performance. The PAC is in downtown Appleton, so the current instructions from Group Sales—not a standing assumption about one street—should control the trip. Confirm the current details on the Fox Cities PAC group sales page before your visit.
Vehicles parking in Packers-operated lots at Lambeau Field (1265 Lombardi Ave, Green Bay, WI 54304) must fit in a 9-by-18-foot stall, so a full-size party bus or charter bus cannot use a standard Packers space. PMI offers bus and RV parking in nearby lots; contact PMI at (800) 895-0071 for the current game's availability and reservation process. The Packers also lists reservable individual-game parking through PMI and directs oversized-vehicle questions there. Do not rely on an oversized pass from the Packers ticket office or assume that day-of bus space is guaranteed; get the actual parking details for your game before departure.
Here is what shapes your pickup plan on game day. The Packers warns that the oversized-vehicle parking area is congested in the immediate hours after a game and is not designated as a postgame pickup zone. Your bus should not circle the stadium or treat its parking space as the automatic boarding location. Arrange an alternate meeting place with the driver and give it to every passenger before entering the stadium. Have one point person coordinate the group so everyone arrives together instead of filtering toward the bus one at a time. Posted time limits and directions from traffic officers also apply in the area. Confirm current parking and traffic instructions on the official Lambeau Field parking page before your game date.

The Resch Complex (820 Armed Forces Dr, Green Bay, WI 54304) is across from Lambeau Field. The Resch Center is at 820 Armed Forces Drive, while the Resch Expo in the same complex is at 840 Armed Forces Drive. For Resch Center and Resch Expo events, buses are required to use the Lambeau Field lot for drop-off, parking, and pickup. That is the published rule; a standard bus should not assume it can unload at the front entrance, relocate, and automatically return to the building on a fixed 30-to-45-minute schedule.
If passengers have limited mobility or ADA needs and cannot be picked up in the Lambeau Field lot, keep the group together in the lobby for at least 15 minutes after the performance; the venue says the bus can then pull up after traffic has eased. That exception is tied to passengers with limited mobility or ADA needs, not a universal building-front pickup for every party bus or charter bus. Packers game-day buses and limos follow a separate rule and park behind the Resch Center in the Red lot. Give the group the correct lot and meeting point before the show, and do not substitute the standard Resch event rule for the Packers game-day rule. Confirm current event instructions on the Resch Complex directions and parking page before your event date.

EAA AirVenture Oshkosh (3000 Poberezny Rd, Oshkosh, WI 54902) is EAA's annual fly-in convention at Wittman Regional Airport, about 20 miles south of Appleton on I-41. The correct 2026 event dates are July 20–26, not July 27–August 2. The event brings visitors from around the world, and EAA publishes event-specific transportation schedules and routes. Build meaningful time into the trip during AirVenture week and check the current traffic, entry, and parking instructions before departure.
EAA's current transportation page identifies the AirVenture Bus Park as the arrival and departure point for its Appleton airport and hotel shuttles and for multiple on-site shuttle routes. On-site shuttle buses generally arrive and depart from the Bus Park, with stated exceptions for the North 40 and South 40 routes. Published routes connect the Bus Park with destinations including the EAA Aviation Museum, Pioneer Airport, KidVenture, Camp Scholler, Wittman Airport Terminal, and other locations on or near the grounds. EAA also says Kobussen operates shuttles from Appleton International Airport and various motels to the Bus Park. The current page does not publish the original universal private-charter drop at the Main Gate, a 10-to-15-minute walk, or the listed Group Sales phone as the rule for every bus. Confirm the entry, loading, parking, and return instructions for your private party bus or charter bus directly through the EAA AirVenture transportation guide before you arrive.

Madison is about 115 miles south of Appleton, and Camp Randall Stadium (1440 Monroe St, Madison, WI 53711) has specific football bus rules. Buses may not drop off on Monroe Street because it closes to unauthorized traffic beginning five hours before kickoff through one hour after the game. Buses should drop off on Charter Street, so build the group's arrival plan around that published location instead of Gate 1 on Monroe Street.
After drop-off, buses and RVs use Lot 64 at 606 Walnut Street; oversized vehicles are prohibited in other football lots. Current 2026 group guidance lists bus and motorhome parking at $50 and lets groups request a permit with a football group-ticket request; permits also become available through the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office in early June. Advance purchase is recommended, and advance sales end no later than one week before each home game. All Lot 64 passes move to mobile delivery for the 2026 season. Do not use the old UW Transportation Services number in the original copy for this football reservation. Call 1-800-GO-BADGERS or (608) 262-1440 and confirm the current process on the official UW bus and RV parking page.

The Wisconsin State Fair (640 S 84th St, West Allis, WI 53214) runs for 11 days in August; the 2026 fair ran August 6–16. The fairgrounds sit along S 84th Street in West Allis, and current official guidance provides separate information for bus groups, private shuttles, public transit, rideshare, and onsite parking. Private shuttles are welcome, but the fair recommends advance coordination. The current bus-group page does not establish the original universal right-turn-only corridors, east-via-National approach, or a guaranteed south-side bus lot for every private party bus or charter bus. Use the assignment supplied for your trip rather than routing a large vehicle from an unsupported neighborhood rule.
Advance group coordination changes the trip in a specific, published way: groups that arrange their visit in advance can receive free bus parking and free admission for the bus driver. Contact the Group Sales Department at groupsales@wistatefair.com for the current bus-parking and arrival instructions. Send the confirmed route, gate, unloading point, parking location, and pickup plan to the driver and group leader before departure. The fair's current page also says the Waukesha County State Fair Shuttle did not operate in 2026 because of a driver shortage, so that service should not be confused with a private group bus reservation. Check the Wisconsin State Fair shuttles and transit page before you go.

The drive from Appleton to American Family Field (One Brewers Way, Milwaukee, WI 53214) is about 100 miles south on I-41. The official I-94 East-West project is underway, with construction that began in late 2025 around the stadium corridor. The project covers about 3.5 miles of I-94 between 70th Street and 16th Street and includes the Stadium Interchange plus five local or service interchanges. WisDOT anticipates utility and roadway construction through 2033, so a route remembered from an earlier season is not enough for a current game. The Brewers and WisDOT publish suggested approaches by travel direction and lot; routes can use I-94, WIS 175, General Mitchell Boulevard, or local alternatives depending on the assigned parking area. Check the current route for your assigned lot on the WisDOT American Family Field route page and allow extra time.
Current Brewers parking guidance includes a priced Bus/RV Lot, with advance and day-of rates, and says parking locations may be assigned by staff, including the American Family Lot. Approved shuttle services may use the drop-off area near the Ticket Office/Home Plate Gate via Yount Drive or west of the ballpark near the accessible bus drop-off; unauthorized vehicles may not use those areas. All parking lots close within one hour after the game or event, and every vehicle must leave by then. Confirm your party bus or charter bus parking, loading, and route on the current Brewers parking page.

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (5300 S Howell Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207) is about 110 miles south of Appleton via I-41. The airport's current transportation map marks charter buses on the lower baggage-claim roadway as a distinct bus category. Have every passenger clear baggage claim and bring all luggage together before boarding, then follow the posted charter-bus signs and the airport's current ground-transportation instructions. Give the driver the flight, passenger contact, and confirmed curb plan before departure so the group is not trying to choose a meeting point after landing.
The current public airport guide does not promise Door 5 as the universal loading point for every private party bus or charter bus, nor does it publish the original fixed 20-to-30-minute wheels-down estimate. Door 5 is currently identified for Saver Parking and Milwaukee Airport Rail Station shuttles, while scheduled coach services such as Badger Coaches, Coach USA, FlixBus, and Lamers use a stop outside Baggage Claim Exit 2. Those scheduled-coach instructions are not automatically a private-charter assignment. International flights, checked baggage, and passenger mobility needs can also change when the group is actually ready. Confirm the assigned private-charter curb with airport operations or the transportation operator before pickup, share that location with every passenger, and recheck the Milwaukee Mitchell ground transportation page.
