Party Bus & Group Transportation Options in Paterson
Partybus-rental.net is not a bus company. It is a quote-comparison website that connects you to a large network of bus companies serving Paterson, Passaic County, and the surrounding North Jersey region — so you can compare vehicles, packages, and prices all in one place without calling company after company and repeating your trip details.
Here is how it works: enter your date, group size, and pickup and drop-off locations into the quick online form — or call 833-458-7001 any time, any day of the year. In under 30 seconds, you will see vehicle options and pricing from different companies serving your area. Compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans, and Sprinter limos side by side, then find what fits your group and your budget.
No account required. Free quote. No obligation.
Because Partybus-rental.net is not tied to a single fleet, you are never stuck with whatever one company happens to have available. You get a wide range of vehicle types and price points from multiple providers — so whether you need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a birthday night out or a 56-passenger charter bus for a corporate shuttle, the options are there. Call 833-458-7001 or use the online tool to get started right now!
Types of Buses Available in Paterson

Find the Paterson Bus Amenities You Want
Not every Paterson group trip calls for the same setup. A birthday night heading into Manhattan or Hoboken calls for something different than a corporate shuttle running between Paterson and the Meadowlands.
Party buses (15–50 passengers) typically come loaded with wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, and a full-length bar area. Sprinter vans and Sprinter limos are a great fit for smaller groups — think premium leather seating, USB charging at every seat, tinted windows, and individual reading lights. For longer hauls or large-group corporate moves, charter buses bring reclining seats, overhead storage bins, climate control, onboard restrooms, power outlets, and undercarriage luggage bays that handle everything your group is carrying.
Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, but comparing options is fast — use the online form or call 833-458-7001 and a support team can walk you through what is available on your date. Check out the full party bus amenities guide if you want to dig into the details before you call.

After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. See Paterson Party Bus Prices Online

Compare Prices on Paterson Party Buses
Booking group transportation in North Jersey usually means calling multiple companies, sitting on hold, describing your trip three different times, and waiting on callbacks that don't quite match up. Partybus-rental.net replaces that whole process with one form and one call.
Because the site pulls from a large network of bus companies serving Paterson and the greater Passaic County area, you are never boxed in by one company's availability. Need a party bus on a Saturday night in October when every local company is booked up? The network covers options you would not find on your own.
Need a fleet of charter buses for a corporate event at American Dream or a stadium run down the NJ Turnpike? That is covered too.
Pricing is instant and transparent — compare vehicles side by side with pictures, packages, and rates on one screen. No account, no obligation, no surprise add-ons. A support team is reachable every day of the year to build a custom package if your itinerary is complicated or you need multiple vehicles.
Whatever you are planning out of Paterson — a night in the city, a stadium trip, a wedding shuttle, a school event — the right bus is in the network. Call 833-458-7001 or use the online form right now and have pricing in hand in under 60 seconds!
Paterson Party Bus & Group Transportation Services
Partybus-rental.net covers every type of group trip out of Paterson — from airport transfers and wedding shuttles to concert transportation, sporting events, prom, school field trips, corporate shuttles, and bachelor and bachelorette parties. Whatever brings your group together, there is a bus in the network ready for it.

Getting Your Group to Newark, Teterboro, and JFK Without the Airport Scramble
Airport runs out of Paterson are genuinely complicated. Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) sits about 20 miles south via I-80 East and the NJ Turnpike — on a clear day that is 35–40 minutes, but during rush hour on I-80 between Paterson and the interchange, it stretches well past an hour. Teterboro Airport (TEB), which handles private and charter aviation, is only about 12 miles away in Bergen County and is the closest commercial aviation option to Passaic County.
JFK is 35 miles east across the George Washington Bridge and the Van Wyck — two hours on a bad afternoon.
Coordinating five separate rideshares to any of these airports is a logistical headache, and trying to sync arrival times with flight schedules across multiple cars almost never works cleanly. A Paterson airport shuttle bus keeps the whole group on one vehicle and one timeline. The bus loads from one address, hits the terminal curb, and the group moves together — no one gets left behind because their Uber cancelled at 5am.
For groups flying out with luggage, charter buses with undercarriage bays handle everything without the tetris game of stuffing bags into sedan trunks. Call 833-458-7001 to set up your airport transfer!

Paterson Bachelor and Bachelorette Party Bus Rentals for Nights Into the City
Most Paterson bachelor and bachelorette groups head east — across the George Washington Bridge into Manhattan, or south into Hoboken and Jersey City for bar crawls along Washington Street or the Newport waterfront. The GWB upper level to the West Side Highway gets your group into Midtown in 25–30 minutes on a weekend night; Hoboken is 20 miles south on Route 21 and can be reached in under 30 minutes without highway congestion. Both directions mean parking that is either impossible to find or wildly expensive.
A North Jersey bachelorette party bus eliminates the sober-ride conversation entirely and keeps the whole group together from the first stop to the last — no splitting into four separate Ubers trying to meet at the same bar, no one getting stranded when the group decides to extend the night. Party buses with full-length bars, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound let the celebration start from the Paterson pickup, not the first venue. The bus stays nearby while your group is out and comes right back when you are ready.
Lock in your date early — weekend nights in Hoboken and Manhattan fill up fast. Call 833-458-7001 now!

Birthday Party Buses, Sweet 16s, and Quinceañeras in Paterson and Passaic County
Paterson has one of the largest Latino communities in New Jersey, and quinceañera celebrations here are a serious occasion — the right venue, the right look, and an entrance that matches the energy of the event. A party bus arrival at venues like La Perla Ballroom, Sheraton Mahwah Hotel (1 International Blvd, Mahwah, NJ 07495), or Nanina's in the Park (540 Mill St, Belleville, NJ 07109) is one of the most memorable ways to arrive.
For Sweet 16s and milestone birthday party bus rentals, the vehicle itself becomes part of the celebration — color-changing LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, wraparound seating, and a premium sound system make the ride as memorable as the destination. Groups can request black, white, or silver buses to coordinate with an event theme. Adult milestone birthdays heading into Hoboken, Newark, or Manhattan can use the same setup.
Whatever the occasion, compare options by headcount and date using the online form — or call 833-458-7001 and a support team can pull together a custom package for your celebration.

Concert and Event Shuttles from Paterson to the Meadowlands, Prudential Center, and Beyond
Paterson sits right in the middle of one of the densest concert and arena corridors in the country. Prudential Center (25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102) is about 18 miles south — home to New Jersey Devils games and a constant rotation of touring artists. MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Dr, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) is 15 miles southeast in the Meadowlands complex, hosting stadium-level concerts and NFL games where Route 3 eastbound backs up for miles after the show ends.
Madison Square Garden is 20 miles east across the GWB, and Pier 17 at the Seaport and Forest Hills Stadium are within striking distance for summer shows.
Post-show rideshare demand at all of these venues spikes hard — surge pricing at Prudential Center after a sold-out Devils game or a major concert can run 3–4x normal rates, and the pickup queue stretches around the block. A Paterson concert party bus rental sidesteps all of it: your group loads up together, the bus handles Route 3 or I-95, and pickup after the show is already arranged before you walk in. For groups wanting the pre-show energy on the ride down, party buses with Bluetooth sound and LED lighting are a great fit.
Call 833-458-7001 to get pricing for your show date!

Corporate Shuttles and Employee Transportation Serving Paterson Businesses
Paterson's location at the interchange of I-80 and Route 20 puts it within easy reach of some of the region's largest corporate campuses and event venues — American Dream (1 American Dream Way, East Rutherford, NJ 07073), the Meadowlands Exposition Center (355 Plaza Dr, Secaucus, NJ 07094), and Meadowlands Racetrack are all 15–20 miles south. Newark's Penn Station corporate corridor and the Journal Square area in Jersey City are roughly 20–25 miles by highway.
A Paterson corporate event charter bus rental is the right call when your company is moving employees between an office park, a conference venue, and a hotel block — and you need everyone to arrive at the same time without managing a carpool spreadsheet. For executive VIP transfers, a Sprinter van handles small groups with individual climate control and premium leather without the overhead of a full-size bus. Charter buses with WiFi and power outlets let your team prep during a longer highway run instead of sitting in traffic in separate cars.
A support team is available to build recurring shuttle contracts or one-off event packages — call 833-458-7001 to discuss what you need.

Private Event Transportation for Paterson Group Outings and Special Occasions
Not every group trip fits a category. Family reunions, church retreats, casino trips to Sands Bethlehem (1 Sands Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18015) about 65 miles west on I-78, and day trips to Six Flags Great Adventure (1 Six Flags Blvd, Jackson, NJ 08527) about 65 miles south on the Garden State Parkway are all common Paterson-area group bookings. For Atlantic City runs — roughly 90 miles south on the Parkway — a 56-passenger charter bus with onboard restrooms handles the full ride without a single pit stop, and the group arrives together instead of in a scattered caravan of personal vehicles.
For larger private events, Partybus-rental.net can help coordinate multiple vehicles for the same event — one bus for the immediate family, another for the extended group, a Sprinter for the VIP section. Private event charter bus rentals booked through the network can be configured as one-way, round-trip, or multi-stop depending on how your day is structured. A support team builds custom packages, not just standard hourly quotes.

Prom and Homecoming Party Bus Rentals for Paterson-Area High Schools
Passaic County's prom season runs from late April through early June, and the competition for buses during that six-week window is real. Paterson's public high schools — Paterson Eastside, Paterson Kennedy, Paterson School 25 — plus St. Joseph Regional and other private schools in the county all hold formals within the same compressed window. Add Bergen County and Morris County schools nearby, and the available inventory of party buses drops fast once April hits.
For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing and limited vehicle choice by March. A 50-passenger party bus split among a large group runs surprisingly affordable per person — and it eliminates the scramble of figuring out who is driving and who is responsible for getting everyone home safely. Partybus-rental.net makes it easy to compare options, confirm availability, and lock in your vehicle well before the spring rush.
The prom party bus guide covers what to look for when booking. Call 833-458-7001 as soon as your prom date is confirmed — early booking always wins on price.

Charter Buses for Paterson School Field Trips and Student Group Travel
Paterson Public Schools serve more than 25,000 students across the city — one of the largest urban school districts in New Jersey. Organizing transportation for field trips, student competitions, athletic travel, and graduation events at this scale means getting the right vehicle for the right headcount on a budget that actually works. Charter buses in the 40–56 passenger range are the standard for full-class field trips, while minibuses handle smaller student groups heading to competitions or off-campus programs.
Popular North Jersey field trip destinations accessible from Paterson include Liberty Science Center (222 Jersey City Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07305), the American Museum of Natural History across the GWB in Manhattan, Ringwood State Park (1304 Sloatsburg Rd, Ringwood, NJ 07456) about 20 miles north, and the Paterson Museum itself (2 Market St, Paterson, NJ 07501) for local history programming. Charter buses with overhead storage, climate control, and available WiFi keep students comfortable on longer runs — and onboard restrooms on full-size coaches mean fewer unscheduled stops. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; mention it when you request your quote.
The school event bus rental page covers what to look for. Call 833-458-7001 to get started!

Game Day Charter Buses from Paterson to MetLife Stadium, Prudential Center, and Red Bull Arena
Paterson sits in the middle of a tight triangle of major sports venues. MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Dr, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) is 15 miles southeast — home to the Giants and Jets, where Route 3 eastbound becomes a parking lot after the final whistle and the NJ Transit Meadowlands shuttle runs only on select days. Prudential Center (25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102) is 18 miles south via I-80 and I-95, with limited downtown parking at $25–$40 per vehicle at nearby garages.
Red Bull Arena (600 Cape May St, Harrison, NJ 07029) hosts New York Red Bulls matches about 20 miles south, where Harrison's parking options fill early on match days.
A Paterson sporting event charter bus rental changes the whole game-day math. Instead of 12 people driving 12 separate cars and paying $30–$40 each to park, one charter bus handles the whole group for one flat rate — and post-game pickup is already arranged before kickoff. For Giants and Jets tailgates, a party bus with LED lighting and a sound system keeps the energy up from Paterson to the Meadowlands.
We strongly recommend checking the MetLife Stadium parking and directions page before game day for current lot assignments and road closure schedules. Call 833-458-7001 to get your group moving on game day!

Wedding Shuttle Service and Bridal Transportation for Paterson and Passaic County Celebrations
North Jersey wedding venues span a wide geography — from estate properties in the Ramapo Mountains to ballrooms in Clifton, Totowa, and Wayne, and reception halls along the Route 46 corridor. Moving a wedding party of 150 guests between a Paterson-area ceremony and a reception venue in a different town, then shuttling them back to a hotel block at the end of the night, is a real coordination challenge — especially when guests are coming from multiple directions and not everyone knows the area.
A Paterson wedding shuttle service built through Partybus-rental.net can be structured as a continuous loop between a hotel block and the venue, a one-way transfer from ceremony to reception, or a full-day package covering the bridal party from morning prep through last dance. For the bridal party specifically, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the getting-ready-day transportation in style. Minibuses are the right fit for guest shuttles between a nearby hotel and a venue with limited parking.
Because wedding dates book out fast — particularly late May through October in North Jersey — locking in transportation 6–9 months ahead is strongly advised. Call 833-458-7001 to build your wedding day transportation package!

Winery Tours and Pub Crawls Out of Paterson and into the Hudson Valley
Paterson's location puts several serious wine and craft beverage destinations within easy reach. The Warwick Valley wine trail in Orange County, New York — about 45–55 miles north on Route 17 — includes Applewood Winery (82 Four Corners Rd, Warwick, NY 10990) and Brotherhood Winery (100 Brotherhood Plaza Dr, Washingtonville, NY 10992), which is the oldest winery in the United States. The Demarest Farms area and the Bergen County craft brewery scene are closer options for groups who want a shorter run.
Closer to home, Paterson's own craft beer scene has grown — Alte Kameraden Brewing Company (298 Union Ave, Paterson, NJ 07502) operates out of a historic building near the Great Falls, and the broader Passaic County tap room circuit makes for a solid local pub crawl. A North Jersey winery tour bus rental keeps the itinerary moving without anyone having to volunteer as the one staying sober — every stop is pre-planned, the bus stages nearby, and the group moves together. For multi-winery tours into Orange County or the Hudson Valley, a minibus or charter bus with comfortable reclining seats handles the longer drive easily.

Frequently Asked Questions About Paterson Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybus-rental.net helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
How much does a party bus cost in Paterson, New Jersey?
Party bus rental prices in Paterson depend on the vehicle size, the date, and how long you need it. General ranges: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $150–$300/hour; small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $175–$350/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $225–$400/hour; larger party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $275–$475/hour; and charter buses (40–56 passengers) run $125–$275/hour or $1,000–$2,200/day. Peak demand periods — prom season (late April–June), summer weekends, and New Year's Eve — push pricing toward the higher end of those ranges.
The only way to get an exact number for your specific date and itinerary is to call 833-458-7001 or use the online quote tool. Pricing takes about 30 seconds and comes with no obligation.
What is Partybus-rental.net?
Partybus-rental.net is a quote-comparison website, not a bus company. It does not own vehicles or operate transportation directly. Instead, it connects you to a large network of bus companies serving Paterson and the surrounding North Jersey region so you can compare options and prices all in one place.
You fill out one form — or make one call — and get pricing from multiple providers instead of hunting down companies one at a time. The about page covers the full picture if you want more detail.
What vehicle size is right for my group?
A quick rule of thumb: for groups of 10–14, a Sprinter limo or Sprinter van is the right fit. Groups of 15–20 are well-suited to a small party bus or minibus. Groups of 20–35 typically land on a mid-size party bus or minibus.
Groups of 35–56 are best served by a large party bus, full-size minibus, or charter bus. For groups over 56, the network can coordinate multiple vehicles. The bus types guide and the party bus capacity breakdown both go deeper on this if you want to compare before calling.
Which North Jersey venues and destinations do groups from Paterson travel to most?
MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford for Giants, Jets, and major concerts tops the list. Prudential Center in Newark for Devils games and touring artists is a close second. Manhattan — particularly Midtown and the West Village bar scene — is popular for bachelor and bachelorette groups crossing the GWB.
Atlantic City runs on the Garden State Parkway are a consistent booking, especially for casino weekends. Locally, Great Falls National Historical Park and the Paterson Museum draw school and heritage groups. Warwick Valley wineries in Orange County, New York are a summer staple for winery tour bookings.
Can I get a bus for a one-way trip, or does it have to be round-trip?
One-way trips are available. If your group is heading to a venue for an event and finding their own way back, a one-way booking makes sense and typically costs less than a round-trip package. Multi-stop itineraries — for example, a pub crawl hitting three venues before returning to a Paterson address — can also be structured through the network.
When you call 833-458-7001 or fill out the quote form, describe your actual itinerary and a support team can match you with the right package instead of defaulting to a standard round-trip rate.
Is there parking for charter buses at the venues Paterson groups visit most?
It depends heavily on the venue. MetLife Stadium has dedicated bus and coach parking coordinated through the stadium's event operations — check the official MetLife Stadium parking page for current lot assignments before each event, as they change by event type. Prudential Center in downtown Newark has limited street-level bus staging; the official Prudential Center directions page covers the current approach.
For smaller venues and breweries, the bus typically stages in nearby commercial parking or a designated waiting area — confirm with your specific venue before the day of the event.
How far in advance should I book?
For most standard group trips — a night out, a casino run, a birthday — booking 4–8 weeks ahead is generally enough to get good availability and reasonable pricing. For high-demand dates, the window tightens considerably: prom season (late April through early June) in Passaic and Bergen Counties requires booking by January to secure a vehicle at a fair rate — waiting until March means premium pricing and limited choice. New Year's Eve, peak summer weekends, and any weekend with a major MetLife Stadium event all push demand up fast.
The earlier you book, the more options you have and the lower the price. Call 833-458-7001 as soon as your date is set.
Popular Paterson Party Bus Destinations
Paterson groups travel to an enormous range of destinations — stadium runs, Manhattan nights, winery tours, airport transfers, and local celebrations. A few of the most frequently booked are listed below, with the logistics details that actually matter for planning. Your destination does not have to be on this list — buses in the network can reach any location in the region.

Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park
Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park (72 McBride Ave Extension, Paterson, NJ 07501) protects one of the most powerful waterfalls in the eastern United States — the 77-foot Great Falls of the Passaic River, which Alexander Hamilton identified as the power source for the nation's first planned industrial city. The park, designated a National Historical Park in 2011, includes the historic mill district, a visitor center, and overlooks directly above the falls. Street parking in the surrounding neighborhood is limited, particularly during summer weekends when foot traffic peaks.
For school groups and heritage tours, the visitor center at (973) 523-0370 coordinates group arrivals; the park recommends contacting them in advance for large group visits. Bus drop-off uses McBride Avenue adjacent to the park entrance.

MetLife Stadium
MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Dr, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) seats 82,500 and hosts New York Giants and Jets home games, major concerts — including Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and college bowl games — and FIFA World Cup 2026 matches. It is 15 miles southeast of Paterson via I-80 East to Route 17 South. On game and event days, Route 3 eastbound becomes severely congested in the final two miles approaching the stadium complex, and post-event traffic can add 45–90 minutes to the drive home.
Charter bus and motorcoach parking is available in designated lots coordinated by the stadium — check the official MetLife Stadium parking page for current lot assignments, as they shift by event. Rideshare pickup zones require a 20–30 minute walk from most gate exits. Phone: (201) 559-1515.

Prudential Center
Prudential Center (25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102) is an 18,711-seat arena in downtown Newark — home to the New Jersey Devils and a major stop on every touring artist's Northeast run. It sits about 18 miles south of Paterson via I-80 East to I-95 South. Downtown Newark parking on event nights fills fast, with garage rates running $25–$40 per vehicle at the closest structures on Mulberry Street and around Military Park.
Rideshare demand surges hard after a sold-out show, with pickup queues forming on Lafayette Street and Raymond Boulevard. The arena is directly above Newark Penn Station, so transit is an option for some groups — but coordinating a large group on NJ Transit adds its own complexity. Bus drop-off uses Lafayette Street curbside.
Check the official Prudential Center getting here page before your event. Phone: (973) 757-6000.

American Dream
American Dream (1 American Dream Way, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) is a 3-million-square-foot entertainment and retail complex in the Meadowlands — one of the largest in the hemisphere. It includes Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park, the Big SNOW indoor ski slope, the DreamWorks Water Park, an NHL-regulation ice rink, and over 450 retail and dining options. It sits 15 miles southeast of Paterson via I-80 East, directly adjacent to MetLife Stadium.
Parking at American Dream is largely structured — surface and garage parking is available on-site, but on peak weekend days and during holiday periods, the lots fill and Route 3 traffic backs up well before the complex. Charter buses and group vehicles use the dedicated bus staging area off American Dream Way; confirm current bus arrival procedures with the venue at (201) 842-8600 before a large group visit. Groups combining American Dream and a MetLife Stadium event on the same day should allow extra time for lot transitions.

Liberty Science Center
Liberty Science Center (222 Jersey City Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07305) is the largest hands-on science museum in the New York metro area — 300,000 square feet of interactive exhibits, a 3D IMAX dome, and programming designed for students from kindergarten through high school. It sits about 25 miles southeast of Paterson in Liberty State Park, directly across New York Harbor from Lower Manhattan. School group visits require advance reservation through the official field trips page; bus drop-off and charter vehicle parking are accommodated in the Liberty State Park lot off Freedom Way, which provides ample space for full-size coaches.
Peak field trip season runs March through May and September through November — book bus transportation well ahead of those windows. For Paterson Public Schools running curriculum-aligned science trips, a 40–56 passenger charter bus covers a full class in one vehicle. Phone: (201) 200-1000.

Applewood Winery (82 Four Corners Rd, Warwick, NY 10990) is a family-owned estate winery in Orange County, New York, about 50 miles north of Paterson via Route 23 North or I-287 West to Route 17 North through Suffern. The property grows apples and produces hard ciders and fruit wines on-site, with tastings and farm store shopping available seasonally. Warwick is a popular day-trip destination from Passaic County — the town itself has a strong Main Street dining and wine bar scene to build around.
Parking on the estate is straightforward for charter vehicles, but the rural roads approaching the winery are narrow in sections and better suited to a minibus or smaller charter bus than a full 56-passenger coach. Warwick also hosts a seasonal Applefest in late September that draws enormous crowds — if your winery tour falls on that weekend, book transportation 2–3 months ahead. Phone: (845) 988-9292.
